Website Terms of Use
Terms for use of the CAUSVEN pre-launch informational website.
Version 1.0 · Effective date: 15 September 2026 · Last updated: 15 September 2026.
1. Website scope
These Terms describe conditions and legal notices for use of the public causven.com website. They govern the informational website only and are not a Master Services Agreement, software or SaaS licence, Data Processing Agreement, Service Level Agreement, order form, statement of work or product-specific customer contract.
Commercial contracts are not activated by these Website Terms. Any future paid service, licence, subscription, deployment or managed-service relationship will require the applicable commercial documents and an authorized launch process.
2. Pre-launch and informational status
CAUSVEN is a pre-launch technology brand in product-development and commercial-preparation phase. The intended operating company has not yet been formally incorporated. Legal completeness remains blocked pending incorporation and activation of legally sufficient operator details.
Public descriptions of capabilities, products, technology areas or future services are informational. They do not mean that every described product or service is generally commercially available, orderable or supported in every jurisdiction.
3. No customer or product contract from browsing or enquiry
Browsing this website does not create a customer contract and does not create a product contract. Submitting the Contact form, receiving an acknowledgement, requesting information or discussing a possible project also does not by itself create a customer or product contract, licence, order, SLA or obligation to supply.
A commercial relationship exists only when the applicable parties expressly enter the separate agreement, order form, licence or other instrument required for that transaction.
4. Permitted use
You may access and use the public website for lawful informational, evaluation and ordinary business-enquiry purposes, subject to applicable law and these website-use restrictions.
5. Prohibited misuse
You must not use the website to attempt unauthorized access, introduce malware, conduct credential attacks, interfere with availability, probe or exploit systems without authorization, impersonate others, bypass access or security controls, engage in security-control circumvention, or otherwise use the site in a way that is unlawful or abusive.
Nothing in these Terms grants permission to circumvent technical restrictions, authentication, rate limits, network controls or other protective measures.
6. Automated access and scraping
Automated access must not bypass technical controls, create unreasonable load, attempt unauthorized extraction of protected or non-public material, or disregard explicit machine-readable restrictions. Ordinary search engine crawling consistent with robots.txt is not prohibited by this section.
Any separate written authorization for automated access controls over this general rule to the extent of that authorization.
7. Intellectual property and rights boundaries
Website content, branding, marks, software descriptions, designs, documentation and technology presented on the site are owned by or licensed to the relevant rights holder. CAUSVEN may present, operate or license technology without owning every underlying intellectual-property right.
Presentation of SAFEDEV, Enterprise Desk, Creator & Streaming Technology or other proprietary technology through CAUSVEN does not by itself transfer personally owned or separately held intellectual property to CAUSVEN.
8. No implied product licence
No implied licence is granted through the public website to SAFEDEV, Enterprise Desk, Creator & Streaming Technology, source code, models, documentation, confidential know-how, APIs, deployment materials, trademarks or other proprietary assets.
Any product or technology licence must be granted expressly in the applicable separate licence or commercial agreement.
9. Confidentiality boundary
Information intentionally published on the public website is not confidential merely because it concerns CAUSVEN technology. Separate non-public material, source code, credentials, private documentation or information disclosed under an NDA or other confidentiality arrangement remains subject to the applicable agreement and law.
10. Third-party links and services
If the website later includes links to third-party websites or services, those destinations are controlled under their own terms and privacy practices. A link does not by itself constitute endorsement, warranty or assumption of responsibility for the third party.
11. Informational content and reliance
Public website content is not a binding roadmap, not a quotation, not a service level agreement, and not a certification of product availability, performance, security or regulatory status. Product descriptions may change during pre-launch as engineering, commercial and legal decisions are finalized.
Specific commitments become binding only when contained in an applicable authorized agreement or other instrument intended to create that commitment.
12. Website availability and changes
We may update, suspend, remove or reorganize public website content as the pre-launch program develops. We do not promise uninterrupted or error-free availability of the informational website, subject always to obligations that cannot lawfully be excluded.
13. Website warranty disclaimer
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the public informational website and its non-contractual content are provided on an “as available” basis without an additional contractual warranty that all information is complete, current, error-free or suitable for a particular project.
This section does not exclude any warranty, guarantee or statutory right that applicable mandatory law does not permit to be excluded.
14. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, liability arising solely from use of or reliance on the non-contractual informational website is limited or excluded to the extent applicable law permits. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where exclusion or limitation is prohibited by mandatory law.
Any liability allocation for a paid service, software licence, deployment, managed operation or other commercial engagement must be addressed in the applicable separate agreement and is not created by these Website Terms.
15. Mandatory law and non-waivable rights
Nothing in these Terms waives, restricts or overrides non-waivable consumer, privacy, data-protection or other statutory rights. If a provision conflicts with mandatory applicable law, that mandatory law prevails to the extent of the conflict.
Where consumer law applies, these Terms are not intended to create a significant imbalance contrary to mandatory consumer-protection rules or to deprive a consumer of protections that cannot be waived by agreement.
16. Governing law and dispute boundary
Where a choice of law is legally effective, these Website Terms are intended to be governed by Romanian law. That choice does not deprive a consumer of protections afforded by provisions that cannot be derogated from under the law that would otherwise apply, and it remains subject to mandatory conflict-of-law and jurisdiction rules.
Any separate commercial agreement may contain its own governing-law and dispute provisions. Those provisions control that agreement rather than these Website Terms.
17. Severability
If a provision of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, it will be interpreted or severed only to the extent necessary under applicable law, without automatically invalidating the remaining provisions.
18. No waiver
A failure to enforce a website-use restriction on one occasion does not by itself waive the ability to rely on that restriction later, subject to applicable law and any express written waiver.
19. Assignment and operating-entity changes
Because these Website Terms do not create a product or customer contract, no transferable product entitlement arises merely from using the site. If operation of the website moves to the intended operating company or another lawful successor, the legal notices will be updated before that change is represented publicly.
Any assignment of rights or obligations under a separate commercial agreement is governed by that agreement and applicable law, not by this section.
20. Changes, version and effective date
This is Version 1.0, effective 15 September 2026. Last updated: 15 September 2026.
Material changes will be reflected through the document version and last-updated information. Where mandatory law requires advance notice, consent or another specific process, that process will be followed before the relevant change is relied upon.
21. Contact
General questions about these Website Terms may be sent to contact@causven.com. Sales and project enquiries may use the separate Sales & Projects route on the Contact page.
These Website Terms do not replace the separate Privacy Notice or any future product-specific commercial agreement.
